DS-1 precision desulfurizer is a new and efficient oxygen resistant precision desulfurizer developed by Hubei Chemical Research Institute using a new formula and process. It can be used for precision desulfurization of various gases such as natural gas, oilfield gas, liquefied gas, refinery gas, synthesis gas, shift gas, as well as liquid hydrocarbons such as naphtha and gasoline under oxygen free conditions of 10~150 ℃, to ensure that the total sulfur and copper and silver corrosion of various gases and oil products meet the standards, and to ensure the normal use and improvement of product quality of nickel, copper, iron, and precious metal catalysts such as steam conversion, low-temperature shift, methane conversion, methanol, methanol, methanol, ammonia synthesis, polypropylene, and carbonyl synthesis.

I. Performance Characteristics
1. Especially suitable for gases or liquids without O2, without the need to supplement air or oxygen to the desulfurization system during use. At present, the sulfur capacity of various activated carbons and iron oxide (refined) desulfurizers in China rapidly decreases under the condition of no O2. Although ZnO can be used, it has low sulfur capacity and high price at low room temperature. Comparative experiments have shown that under low ambient temperature and O2 free conditions, the sulfur capacity of DS-1 fine desulfurizer is three times higher than that of the best desulfurizer products in China.
2. High desulfurization accuracy, when the imported H2S is 100-15000 mgS/m3, the outlet H2S<0.03 mgS/m3.
3. Fast reaction speed, using airspeed of 500~1500h-1.
4. Good water resistance, no powdering after long-term immersion in water, and no powdering after boiling for 2 hours.
